Exit the station toward Swanston Street and the river end of the concourse. We usually meet outside / kerbside in the Swanston Street loading zones, subject to traffic and access on the day.
From Federation Square
Cross the Swanston Street traffic lights in front of Transport Bar. Once across the loading zones are just to your right. We will confirm the exact kerbside point before handover.
From Southbank
Cross the river toward Flinders Street Station and head to the Swanston Street side. We usually meet in the loading zones near the river end of the concourse.
Trams — Swanston Street
Use the nearest safe pedestrian crossing and head toward the river end of Flinders Street Station. We will confirm the exact loading zone or kerbside point.
Taxi / Rideshare
Ask the driver to take you to the Taxi Rank on Swanston Street outside of the train station. We meet outside only.
