Your price is built from three simple parts: pickup, storage and return.
Pickup may be $0 from many common locations.
Storage is charged per item, per calendar day.
A return fee applies based on where your bags are returned.
Common $0 pickup locations include Melbourne CBD, inner suburbs, Station Pier and Melbourne Airport. Other pickup or return locations may have a location-based fee. The calculator will show your price before booking.
What Affects Your Price
BagBoyz® pricing is based on where we collect your bags, where we return them, how many items you have and how many calendar days they are stored.
Many common pickup locations are $0, including Melbourne CBD, inner suburbs, Station Pier and Melbourne Airport. Other pickup locations may affect the price.
A fee applies based on where your bags are returned. Airport, station, accommodation, seaport and other locations may be priced differently. Full price in the calculator.
Select the number of separate items you want us to collect, store and return. If one person can lift it and it fits safely in the van, it usually counts as one item.
Storage is charged per calendar day, not per 24-hour block. The number of calendar days your bags are stored affects the total price.

What Counts as One Item
BagBoyz® pricing is based on items, not just suitcases. If one person can safely lift it and it fits in the van, it generally counts as one item.
A suitcase, backpack, duffel bag, shopping bag, pram, golf bag, instrument case, bike box, snowboard or surfboard can usually count as one item if it can be safely handled and transported.
Loose items should be grouped or bagged where possible. A bag inside another bag counts as one item. Loose items or items not contained within another bag will be treated as separate items.

- Bike box: one item if safely liftable and transportable
Shopping bags: each separate loose bag counts as one item

Long-Term Luggage Storage
Need luggage stored for longer than a standard travel day? BagBoyz® can store luggage for extended periods and return it when and where agreed.
Long-term rates apply for storage over 45 days. If your booking qualifies, the long-term rate will be shown in the booking form before you commit to the booking.
Long-term storage can be useful for international students heading home for the holidays, travellers exploring Australia before returning to Melbourne, people between homes, or anyone who needs bags, boxes or bulky items stored out of the way for a while.
The calculator is best for standard pickup, storage and return estimates. For longer storage periods, use the booking form so the correct long-term pricing can be applied before payment.
