We used this service today- hotel check out-11am, Flight 1705, luggage check in time 1505. Wanting to avoid walking in rain etc, we opted to spend our remaining hours at the airport but the bags---- hello Bagboyz!! For $45, they collected our bag from the hotel, stored it until a prearranged drop off time! Yes, easey peasey, Chris was great, in communication with me as needed.If you need this service, then please look into these guys!Loved it

Lifesaving Luggage Service Just used this company to hold onto our bags after we had to leave our Airbnb but weren’t boarding our cruise until the afternoon. Chris came and picked up our bags and met us at the port later in the day. He was even early and very helpful. We highly recommend him and this company without any hesitation. You will be so happy you did. No hassles and you don’t even have to take them yourself. What service!

Amazing service with Bag Boyz. We had a late flight and couldn't find a suitable luggage storage option that would allow us to make the most of the day so we ended up deciding to give this a try even though it was a bit expensive since we had 4 bags. Did not regret it for a second. Chris was super professional and the whole experience was easy and smooth. He got our bags to the airport safe and on time.

Chris was incredibly helpful, meeting us at the airport and even waiting for over half an hour for us to arrive at our Airbnb to drop our bags after some trouble with the accommodation. Super knowledgeable and helpful, gave us some great local insight into the area we are staying and things to do. Will definitely be using BagBoyz every time I travel to Melbourne.

Fantastic Service - Your bags are in good hands Bag Boyz were excellent and saved me so much hassle. Their communication was fantastic and prompt. Perfect for when you arrive early and can't check into your hotel until the afternoon. They collected my luggage and were waiting 15 mins earlier for me at my hotel so I could venture out all day and enjoy myself before getting a late international flight.I arrived at the airport a little bit early and Bag Boyz turned up a few minutes early too so no waiting around or stressing.My stuff was well looked after and I will definitely be using them again when I visit Melbourne. Chris at bag Boyz is very down to earth and so nice and honest 🙂 I contacted him at 10 am and asked to use his service I asked him to be at my accommodation within the hour if he could as we had to be out of the hotel in 5 minutes so I didn't pre book or anything so I thought we would of been waiting awhile ....he was there with in 15 minutes!! I was surprised and drop off at the airport for us he was there exactly on time at 4 AND was happyto help with anything I would definitely be using his services again thanks Chris u bloody life savour ! ?????????

Wow What A Legend Chris Has Been, met my parents @ Melbourne airport on a Sunday night and collected my prized Bike Box Alan. Throughout the storage and delivery process Chris has gone above and beyond and has kept me fully updated - I will be both using bagboyz next time were flying from Melbourne and recommending him

Fantastic service. My husband was going to spend extra for a larger hire car because we could not fit all of our luggage in. Our daughter was moving interstate and we only needed extra space for one trip. BagBoyz saved us $420 by taking her very large suitcases from Melbourne airport to our accomodation in Geelong. Our family were staying in Melb and need to go for few days to Syd. I've been searching in the internet for a solution of our luggages since we have six of them and will only take three of them. I found Bagboyz and it's really convenient, clear price quote and very easy to book. Response time on further enquiries also fast, very on time (or even early) on pick up and drop off. I don't say this often in reviews but I whole heatedly recommend this business and everything it has to offer. I just happen stance found it by luck but ... Chris saved me Soo much trouble. He picks your bags up at your location and drops it off at the terminal you are located. He communicates better than any business I know and also seems to care that your trip went well. I wish he was available everywhere I travel. If you have heavy bags and... Traveling via air b and b where they don't store your bags for you... Bagboyz is the way to go.

This is such a fantastic service! The communication, the booking process and the delivery of the luggage was all simple and seamless. I booked the same day with only a few hours notice and nothing was too much trouble for them. Would hands down recommend this service over traditional luggage storage.

Absolutely amazing service! I scrambled to find a place to store my luggage while I travelled overseas for a few months, and I’m so happy I came across BagBoyz! Chris was a lifesaver! Showed up on-time for both pick up and drop off. He handled 5 bags for us, and all of them came back to us exactly the same as we left them. Fees are very competitive against luggage storage services in the city, but this service is so much more convenient!

If I could give this service 6 stars, I totally would! I know it feels too good to be true but it isn't. I would class myself as an annoying customer (bit late, slow to answer messages) and Chris was nothing short of fantastic over the course of our business. Our luggage was picked up and dropped off exactly as agreed and Chris even waited an extra 90 minutes into the night through our flight and transport delays from the airport. This is the best bag-hold service and I will definitely be using it again when I return to Melbourne

BAGBOYZ is a great solution to getting the most out of stay - I know I saved hours dealing with where to put my luggage because BAGOYZ comes to you (and I had only booked an hour in advance!!!!). I also know I avoided becoming exhausted carrying heavy luggage. Luggage can really take the fun out of a short trip! Even one small heavy bag can be a drag. Chris was early to meet on both collect and drop off time. He picked up the phone within seconds when I called, and was very pleasant to deal with. You know you are dealing with a person of integrity! Faultless service!!

What an excellent service! We came across BagBoyz when we were looking for bag storage in Melbourne as our flight wasn't until late afternoon but check out was at 10am. Absolutely seamless experience! Chris was waiting for us when we left our accommodation to grab our bags and gave us tips and info on how to get to the airport. He was there at the airport with our bags right on time. So much easier then lugging our bags around the city and then having to get them to the airport. Absolutely recommend! Thank you Chris!

I Booked a day beforehand to have my luggage picked up from my bnb since check out time was 11am - my flight wasn't till 11pm in the night; my booking was immediately confirmed which allowed me to sleep stress-free. Chris arrived earlier than the timeslot I selected which worked out great for me, it allowed me to have some more time to explore. I even arrived at the airport before check in time - much more earlier than I expected. I sent a quick text to Chris asking whether he could drop off my bags early and he did without an extra fee which is so rare nowadays. Wow, what an absolutely outstanding service Chris is running. It couldn’t have been easier to arrange and we had absolutely zero luggage stress while we took ourselves off for some sightseeing and lunch on our final day in Melbourne. Chris was super punctual, even a little early, to pick up our bags from our Airbnb at checkout time. When our flight got cancelled and rebooked on another airline Chris was able to change the drop off time at the airport to accommodate our new check in time. We wouldn’t hesitate to book Chris again to look after our bags.

We could not be happier with this very convenient service. Service was excellent and very prompt, from booking through to delivery of our luggage at the airport. After staying in an Air BnB in Melb we needed to store our luggage for a late flight, BagBoyz were an excellent service which allowed us to enjoy our last day in Melb without worrying about carting suitcases around with us.
