Had a day to kill in Melbourne with a late flight back to Perth. Had no idea what to do with our suitcase. Found BagBoyz. Chris was efficient, friendly and super helpful. Absolutely recommend the service.

More than thankful to have stumbled across this when I was searching for a luggage transportation services! Chris responded to my queries promptly despite the website having ongoing maintenance and helped me confirm the slots swiftly. He was being responsive and helpful throughout and I literally just needed to show up on time for the luggage pickup/drop off! Will definitely choose Bagboyz again whenever I’m in Melbourne!

Great service. Very flexible and on time. Chris does a great job and all at short notice. So on time he pulled up directly behind our Uber at the airport with all our bags in tact and with a smile 😊 👍

Chris arrived promptly (available early) for the bag collection and was also available earlier than scheduled airport drop off time. This avoided any stress, our bags were stored and delivered without issue. The bag storage meant that we avoided dragging our bags around for the last day of our holiday after checking out and making our way to the airport (especially with the unpredictable rain)!

We used this service today- hotel check out-11am, Flight 1705, luggage check in time 1505. Wanting to avoid walking in rain etc, we opted to spend our remaining hours at the airport but the bags---- hello Bagboyz!! For $45, they collected our bag from the hotel, stored it until a prearranged drop off time! Yes, easey peasey, Chris was great, in communication with me as needed.If you need this service, then please look into these guys!Loved it

Thank you for making our last day in Melbourne so easy with our luggage. We had our bags collected from the apartment at check out and then delivered to us at the Airport later that day. Smooth and easy luggage storage Highly recommend BagBoyz luggage storage. We had a long weekend in Melbourne and stayed in an Airbnb, our flight out was not until later in the evening so what to do with the bags was always going to be an issue. I looked up luggage storage on google and found the BagBoyz service. It was so quick and easy to use, just plug in your location to collect the bag, the time and then the drop off point. The quote is instant so you can proceed with the quote with a click. I was very impressed with the service, Chris text to let me know that he had arrived to collect the bag. He was very friendly and had some helpful information about the drop off point at the airport. The whole thing was seamless and easy. He was at the airport in the agreed spot on time with our bag. It made the day so much easier not having to lug our bag around. Excellent service would def recommend.

Best baggage storage service! Will pick up from your place and drop at any designation that you wanted. Had to change my drop off timing last minute and Chris who is the owner was super nice and polite to agree without even charging me a cent. It is even cheaper than airport baggage storage and best of all are the service and prompt reply! Will definitely use them again!

Lifesaving Luggage Service Just used this company to hold onto our bags after we had to leave our Airbnb but weren’t boarding our cruise until the afternoon. Chris came and picked up our bags and met us at the port later in the day. He was even early and very helpful. We highly recommend him and this company without any hesitation. You will be so happy you did. No hassles and you don’t even have to take them yourself. What service!

I can ensure you this is a legitimate service. Chris was punctual in his pick-up and drop off our luggages. He was willing to accomodate any last minute changes. The prices were super reasonable.

I would definitely recommend BagBoyz. I had a morning checkout but my flight wasn’t leaving until late in the evening and I didn’t want to spend the day with my suitcase! The service was very professional - my bag was picked up and dropped off at the requested times, it was very clearly explained to me where exactly at the airport the drop off would take place and the communication was excellent throughout. Very convenient and reliable service.

We had pre-arranged with Bagboyz to meet us in the morning at Melbourne Airport and store our bags for the day so that we could attend Friday Grand Final activities before checking in to our AirBNB later that afternoon. Chris had provided us with detailed instructions on where to meet him at the airport before our arrival and was right on time as promised. He then arrived at our AirBNB early to ensure that we would have our bags at the agreed time. Bagboyz offer a fantastic service and we will definitely be using them again. Thanks!

Excellent! Flew from the UK and decided to take a short trip to Sydney before settling in Melbourne so while looking up ways to store luggage at the airport we found bagboyz which was cheaper and super convenient as they picked up and dropped off where and when we wanted. Chris was great and took great care of our luggage.

Prompt, courteous, professional and affordable Chris met me when I arrived at Southern Cross Station and took my 2 suitcases so I could visit a friend in Melbourne and then fly to Tas. He delivered them to my hotel room right on time, as soon as I returned to Melbourne, the day before I flew back to Canada. I really appreciated being able to spend my last week in Australia with only the necessities in a backpack, and saving extra baggage fees on the flight to Tas. Highly recommend and will use again when I return! ❤️

Chris was incredibly helpful, meeting us at the airport and even waiting for over half an hour for us to arrive at our Airbnb to drop our bags after some trouble with the accommodation. Super knowledgeable and helpful, gave us some great local insight into the area we are staying and things to do. Will definitely be using BagBoyz every time I travel to Melbourne.

Needed to get bags to the airport later in the day This service is great. Had a work function in the morning and a a meeting in Sydney later in the day. Found it a hassle to drag the luggage around at work in the morning, so these guys picked it up and met me at the airport later in the day. Reliable and friendly

Absolutely fantastic service from Chris at BagBoyz. Great communication and price and very helpful with ideas about where to eat, taxis etc. Nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommend to anyone needing to have their bags minded, whether it be for a few hours to a full day.

100% recommended, couldn't have been more perfect. So worth the money. I used BagBoyz on a day when I had a late afternoon flight out of Tullamarine, but had to be out of my hotel by 10am. It was a delight not to have to lug all my bags from my hotel to the airport, I just handed them over after checkout, did my own thing, then turned up and received them outside the terminal exactly when Chris said he'd be there. The van is distinctive so it's easy to spot it. Communication from Chris was top notch, from the moment I booked online. He called to clarify something I'd mentioned in the notes on my booking, let me know when he was outside my hotel for bag pickup, and what the arrangements would be for the return of my bags at the airport. He was even able to change return time when I let him know I'd decided to get an earlier bus to the airport.

Chris gave my friend and I a very easy experience. Texted the night before with an enquire to pick up our luggage as we were moving from one b&b to another and had lots of heavy luggage on us. He arrived nice and early the next day as expected and even dropped our luggage off early as I texted saying we checked in earlier. Will be using again!

Was really pleased with this service. I was a bit apprehensive at first because I’d never tried a bag holding service before and wasn’t sure if the validity of the company. However, after reading the reviews I decided to give it a go and was glad that I did. He was there both time before the agreed time, I was nervous because I had a flight but he was on time and took care of my luggage with care. The communication was top tier, would definitely recommend to anyone wanting an extra day travel around Melbourne but not wanting to carry their bags around.

BagBoyz made our holidays in Melbourne so much easier, we didn’t even think about our luggage during our arrival and departure days, giving us the chance to tour around the city and got our luggage back just in time, even earlier as we asked, Chris is just awesome!

This is an amazing service, and is SO well run. Chris was waiting for us right outside our accommodation (on a busy inner-city street) in the morning, and met us at the perfect time outside the airport departure area in the afternoon.
