Do you meet inside the terminal?
No. We meet landside in the public pick-up or drop-off areas outside the terminal. We’ll send your exact handover point in the booking message, with maps and photos if needed.
Can you return bags to Melbourne Airport for departure?
Yes. We can bring your bags back to you at Melbourne Airport before departure. T1, T2 and T3 returns are on Departure Drive, while T4 returns are on Level 2 of the T4 carpark, where taxis, Ubers and cars drop off passengers. If you’re using SkyBus, we’ll provide further instructions.
What if my flight is delayed?
If your flight is delayed, let us know as soon as possible. Where availability allows, we’ll adjust your Melbourne Airport collection or hand-back time to suit the updated flight schedule.
