So grateful I found this service! It allowed us to freely roam Melbourne during our first day when our accommodations weren’t ready yet. Couldn’t imagine having to carry our big luggages during our commute so this was really such a convenient option! Chris is incredibly helpful and nice and was so easy to talk to! He was very accommodating to some last minute changes we had to request - which you can do as long as he’s given enough lead time (around an hour before the meet up!) Thanks again Chris!

I would definitely recommend BagBoyz. I had a morning checkout but my flight wasn’t leaving until late in the evening and I didn’t want to spend the day with my suitcase! The service was very professional - my bag was picked up and dropped off at the requested times, it was very clearly explained to me where exactly at the airport the drop off would take place and the communication was excellent throughout. Very convenient and reliable service.

Fabulous service! This was an amazing service! Picked up our bags at checkout time in the morning from our Airbnb, then delivered them right to to airport doors when we got there in the afternoon. Polite, easy to book, reasonably priced and simple. So thankful for giving us a bonus hands free day in wonderful Melbourne.

The BEST way to move bulky luggage between Melbourne Airport and the city - especially if you have early checkouts and late flights or aren’t needing it for a few days.
