Fantastic service. Needed bags taken care of after checkout as we were going to an event before flying out. Chris was amazing, on time both pick up and drop off, super flexible with times and locations in case our plans changed. Wish BagBoyz was in every state! Will definitely use again.

Brilliant service Brilliant service. Chris was most professional and helpful. Very attentive and accommodating. We had arrived in Melbourne early in the morning and could only check into our accommodation much later in the afternoon, so his service was perfect. Same for when we were leaving Melbourne as we had to check out at 10am and our flight was only just before midnight. Chris is very punctual, and will most definitely use Bagboyz again the next time we are in town.

Fantastic Service - Your bags are in good hands Bag Boyz were excellent and saved me so much hassle. Their communication was fantastic and prompt. Perfect for when you arrive early and can't check into your hotel until the afternoon. They collected my luggage and were waiting 15 mins earlier for me at my hotel so I could venture out all day and enjoy myself before getting a late international flight.I arrived at the airport a little bit early and Bag Boyz turned up a few minutes early too so no waiting around or stressing.My stuff was well looked after and I will definitely be using them again when I visit Melbourne.
