Such a great service! Chris was really friendly and accommodating, kept in touch via WhatsApp as I had requested due to having over seas phone! Was early for pick up and drop off, made what could have been a stressful day much easier and enjoyable, and for a fair price - wish services like this were available in more places! Our family were staying in Melb and need to go for few days to Syd. I've been searching in the internet for a solution of our luggages since we have six of them and will only take three of them. I found Bagboyz and it's really convenient, clear price quote and very easy to book. Response time on further enquiries also fast, very on time (or even early) on pick up and drop off. Luggages also back in good condition. So will definitely use them again. Thanks heaps Bagboyz!

BOOK IT!! RIGHT NOW! I have traveled for 12 years & have never seen a service like this so I was a wee bit skeptical. Other reviews made us decide to move forward with Bag Boyz & what a treat!! He pulled up with our bags at the airport as we were getting out of our uber. What a great service!! 12/10!

Highly recommended. Our flight was running late and then the airport baggage service was delayed. Chris's communication was awesome and nothing was a problem. We were running late at the agreed drop off time and Chris was fantastic about the delay despite it being peak hour traffic in central Melbourne. Thanks Chris - we all thought you were great!

BAGBOYZ is a great solution to getting the most out of stay - I know I saved hours dealing with where to put my luggage because BAGOYZ comes to you (and I had only booked an hour in advance!!!!). I also know I avoided becoming exhausted carrying heavy luggage. Luggage can really take the fun out of a short trip! Even one small heavy bag can be a drag. Chris was early to meet on both collect and drop off time. He picked up the phone within seconds when I called, and was very pleasant to deal with. You know you are dealing with a person of integrity! Faultless service!!

We're extremely delighted with BagBoyz Luggage Storage. We had a short trip from Melbourne to Tasmania and needed to leave our four suitcases for a few days. Chris from BagBoyz came through and picked up our luggage from our apt at 5 am (unbelievable) as we were heading to the airport. He then met us a the airport when we returned. Keeping our luggage with BagBoyz was actually lower in price and more convenient than taking them to a storage in town. I highly recommend BagBoyz! Thank you Chris for the outstanding service! 🙏

Amazing Service! Booked a last minute pickup in the morning and an hour later, Chris was waiting outside our AirBnb to grab our luggage. Walked to the pickup spot we designated in the afternoon and Chris was already there waiting for us, took all the stress out of travelling and allowed us to enjoy our last day in Melbourne!
