Chris was prompt in all his correspondences, whether via call, text or email. Beyond punctual, he always arrived 10 mins early, ensuring I never needed to wait for a pick-up/ drop off. He accommodated changes to my pick-up locations and schedule, even taking the trouble to help me take the luggage up flights of stairs. Bagboyz service allowed me to be "hands-free" during my trip to Melbourne, easing our transportation and storage worries. They were exactly what we needed, and delivered excellent service. Wow! BagBoyz took so much stress and worry out of my day. I came to Melbourne for the F1, and my flight home was the same night as the Grand Prix. They picked my bag up at 7 in the morning, told me a rough outline of what the process of picking my bag up would be (where they confirmed which terminal I was departing from). During the day I got two updates, one about where they would be exactly at the airport, and another when they had to change the location due to the busyness of the airport. At pick up time, I let them know I was here and they called me so I knew where to go for my bag. Picked it up and off I went! So much easier than using a storage locker at a station, or bringing the bag with me to the GP.

Fantastic service! Chris is absolutely amazing, was really flexible about changing the drop off time, always on time and great communication (even on the day of a big nationwide network blackout). He went above and beyond - there was a problem with the handle of our suitcase during transportation and he got us a new suitcase in no time. Really appreciate all his work and dedication. He walked me through the online credit card payment via Stripe and we were all set. Chris arrived early for both the pickup and drop off of our 2 (very heavy!) bags. I would definitely recommend BagBoyz. I had a morning checkout but my flight wasn’t leaving until late in the evening and I didn’t want to spend the day with my suitcase! The service was very professional - my bag was picked up and dropped off at the requested times, it was very clearly explained to me where exactly at the airport the drop off would take place and the communication was excellent throughout. Very convenient and reliable service.

Pickup was a breeze, located the van very easily and they were there early. We organised for our bags to be picked up at the cruise port and dropped off at the airport. Upon arrival to the airport the bagboyz staff were prompt and on time for handover. Great service and communication. Wouldn’t hesitate to use their services again!

BagBoyz is a game changer when you're travelling. Our group of 3 had to check out of our Airbnb by 10am but our flight was only at 7pm. We had 8 bags with us so decided to use BagBoyz which was worth every penny. Chris was fantastic and communicated well with us. We had such great service from Chris! He picked our luggage up at 530am so we could take an early flight to Tassie sans heavy luggage. He was already waiting when we dragged our luggage outside the building at 530, and already waiting when we arrived back to the airport a few days later. Storing our bags saved us so much $ and stress on our short trip to Tassie. We are very fortunate to have found the BagBoyz service!
