Luggage Storage At T1 - QantAS Domestic
We collect your bags from the public pick-up area outside of the PARKROYAL hotel.
From the T1 terminal, head through the middle exit and cross the zebra crossing toward the hotel.
You will have a taxi rank to your left and SkyBus to your right.
Cross all internal roads and we will meet you near PICK UP ZONE 2D, which is outside Alamo & Enterprise car rental.
Most people will be going this way.
We drop-off your bags back to you right outside T1 Departures on Departure Drive.
This is where a taxi, Uber, best friend or favourite cousin will drop you off.
From there you can walk straight into the terminal to check your luggage.
If you catch SkyBus, just head upstairs to departures and we’ll meet you outside the terminal.
Luggage Storage T2 - International
We collect your bags in the public pick-up area outside the PARKROYAL hotel and car hire offices.
When you come through the arrival doors, head right towards T3. You will go past Hudson Coffee & Vodafone on your left.
Head through the exit doors towards the zebra crossing.
Here you will have Uber to your left and SkyBus to your right.
Use the zebra crossing to cross all internal roads towards the large Melbourne sign on your left and the hotel in front of you.
The pick-up area is behind the Melbourne sign.
We will meet you around PICK-UP ZONE 2F, which is in front of Budget & Avis.
Most people will be going this way.
We drop off your bags back to you right outside T2 Departures on Departure Drive.
This is where a taxi, Uber, best friend or favourite cousin will drop you off.
From there you can walk straight into the terminal to check your luggage.
If you catch SkyBus, it will drop you at T3 Arrivals.
From the bus, head right towards the sliding doors. (Uber will be just to your right in front of T2).
Go through the sliding doors in front of you (not the one on the left). It will say T3 above the door, but you are heading in the right direction.
Keep walking and you will see an escalator that says T2 Departures on your left.
Go upstairs and we’ll meet you outside the terminal.
Luggage Storage T3 - Virgin DOMESTIC
We collect your bags in the public pick-up area outside the PARKROYAL hotel and car hire offices.
When you have your bags, head through the sliding doors towards the zebra crossing.
You will have SkyBus to your right and Uber to the left.
Using the zebra crossing, cross all internal roads towards the large Melbourne sign and the hotel.
Once past the Melbourne sign, cross the final road and turn left towards PICK-UP ZONE 2F, which will be in front of Budget & Avis.
Most people will be going this way.
We drop off your bags back to you right outside T3 Departures on Departure Drive.
This is where a taxi, Uber, best friend or favourite cousin will drop you off.
From there you can walk straight into the terminal to check your luggage.
If you catch SkyBus, you will be downstairs.
Go upstairs and we’ll meet you outside the terminal.
Luggage Storage T4 - Jetstar, REX, BONZA
Depending on how many bags you have we will either meet you in the terminal at the baggage carousel or in the public pick-up area for T4.
The T4 public pick-up area is located on level 1 in the T4 carpark.
From the terminal head right towards the carpark. Go up the yellow escalators and we will meet you in the pick-up area.
Don’t worry, although there are two escalators they both only go up to the pick-up area.
We will discuss pick-up details with you before you arrive. It will be dependent on your booking details.
If you are catching a taxi, Uber or getting a lift to to the airport, the public drop-off area is level 2 of the T4 carpark.
From here you go down the escalators (they only go one way) to the ground and then walk into the terminal.
If you are catching SkyBus, we will discuss some alternatives as it will be dependent on the number of bags in your booking.

It is also known as Tullamarine Airport (or if you want to sound like a local, it’s just “Tulla”, but not “The Tulla” as this is the freeway that gets you to the airport).
Melbourne Airport provides International and Domestic services.

NB – When at the airport, taxis are available at T1 and T4 and Uber is available at T2.
There are several airport bus services that connect the suburbs and regional centres to both Melbourne and Avalon airports; however, not all bus services accept your Myki and you may need to buy a separate ticket to travel.
Melbourne Airport provides customers with an undercover bus interchange located at domestic Terminal Four (T4). The T4 bus interchange provides direct access to Jetstar, Regional Express services (REX) & Bonza.
All other airlines depart from T1, T2 and T3.
The T4 bus interchange is approximately a 10-minute walk from T1, so allow enough time to access T1, T2 and T3.
SkyBus runs express between Melbourne Airport and Melbourne’s city centre, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Check the SkyBus website for frequency and departures.
At Melbourne Airport, SkyBus stops at
T1 (Qantas domestic and QantasLink),
T3 (Virgin, Regional Express and all international flights)
T4 (Jetstar and Tigerair domestic)
In the city, SkyBus stops at Southern Cross Station, near the corner of Bourke and Spencer streets.
The SkyBus Hotel Transfer Service can transport you between Southern Cross Station and selected city accommodation at no additional charge (Not currently operational – you know, COVID).
Note: SkyBus is not a myki-ticketed service.
To travel with SkyBus, you must buy a separate ticket. V/Line tickets, free travel passes and concessions are not accepted by SkyBus.

The 901 (SmartBus) provides a frequent connection between Broadmeadows Station and Melbourne Airport.
The trip takes about 20 minutes, but allow more time during peak times.
This service runs between Melbourne Airport and Frankston via Broadmeadows, Roxburgh Park, Epping and Greensborough seven days per week.
Buses run every 15 minutes until 9pm weekdays and every 30 minutes on weekends and evenings until midnight (9pm on Sundays).
At Melbourne Airport, all Route 901 buses depart from the bus terminal outside Terminal 4.
