Where do you meet me at Melbourne Airport?
We meet you landside at the booked public pickup area for your terminal. Pickup points vary between T1, T2, T3 and T4, so your booking instructions will show where to meet your BagBoyz® driver. We do not meet inside the terminal.
Can you deliver my luggage to a hotel, Airbnb or private address?
Yes. We can deliver your luggage later to a hotel, Airbnb, serviced apartment, short-stay or another agreed Melbourne address. Your delivery location and booked time are confirmed as part of your booking.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We monitor flight arrival times and adjust where possible. If a delay affects other scheduled pickups or deliveries, we may need to move your collection to the next available time slot. Keep us updated if your travel plans change.
What pickup time should I book after my flight lands?
As a guide, allow at least 30 minutes after a domestic arrival and at least 60 minutes after an international arrival. International passengers may need extra time for immigration, baggage collection and customs. Allow additional time if you have oversized baggage.
