Great service! When I booked online I didnt not receive a confirmation email as there was something wrong with my email but Chris was able to message me to confirm the booking. Chris was also very patient with us when our flight got delayed and was great at communicating. He was very gentle with our luggages and also gave us tips about the area. I would highly recommend BagBoyz to anyone travelling to Melbourne.

Tldr: Excellent, swift and extraordinarily punctual service. Easy recommendation for anyone. We were staying in CBD but not due to go back home to the suburbs till later in the day and it was going to be very impractical to be carrying around our luggage all day. We came across the website and gave Chris a call. Not only was the booking process was straightforward with little to no hassle, I made a slight mistake in the timings of the booking but Chris was able to correct it rather quickly.
