Fantastic service. My husband was going to spend extra for a larger hire car because we could not fit all of our luggage in. Our daughter was moving interstate and we only needed extra space for one trip. BagBoyz saved us $420 by taking her very large suitcases from Melbourne airport to our accomodation in Geelong. Chris is lovely and reassured me he would wait for our plane to arrive from Perth, even if it were to be delayed. Will definitely continue to recommend his service. ( Thanks Chris)

I would definitely recommend BagBoyz. I had a morning checkout but my flight wasn’t leaving until late in the evening and I didn’t want to spend the day with my suitcase! The service was very professional - my bag was picked up and dropped off at the requested times, it was very clearly explained to me where exactly at the airport the drop off would take place and the communication was excellent throughout. Very convenient and reliable service.

BagBoyz collected our luggage from the airbnb at checkout, then delivered our bags to the airport when we departed that evening. It meant we could relax and enjoy our last day in Melbourne without lugging our bags around. Perfect service and good value. I highly recommend BagBoyz.

Great customer service Within minutes of booking a bag pick up Chris made contact with me to organise specifics. Picked up bags from the hotel at 10am and delivered with care and precise location at airport at 7.30pm. Absolute professionalism at its best and a delight to deal with.
