Things to remember
- Your pickup or return time is the time we depart, so please be outside/kerbside before that time.
- We do not hold fobs, remotes or building keys. Collection and return is kerbside only.
- For airport bookings, we meet outside/landside in public pickup, set-down or forecourt areas.
- Check your confirmation email for your meeting details.
- If needed, we can share a WhatsApp live location on the day.
