BagBoyz® Partner Program Rules
These rules explain how the BagBoyz® partner program operates, how referrals are handled, when partner rewards may be paid and the responsibilities of approved partners. They are here to keep the program clear, practical and fair.
By applying to or participating in the BagBoyz® partner program, you agree to these rules.

1. Purpose
BagBoyz® works with approved partners who refer guests who need a luggage solution in Melbourne.
The program is designed to help partners solve real guest problems, reduce luggage-handling pressure and earn a partner reward on eligible completed referrals.
This is a referral arrangement only. It is not a franchise, agency, employment, joint venture or exclusive territory arrangement.
2. Approval and Participation
Participation in the BagBoyz® partner program is subject to approval.
Submitting a partner application does not automatically create approval or participation rights.
BagBoyz® may approve, decline, pause and/or remove any application or partner account at its discretion.
Approval may be based on factors including:
- business type
- suitability for the program
- service fit
- referral quality
- conduct
- operational practicality
compliance with these rules
BagBoyz® may request additional information before approving an application.
3. Partner Types
Approved partners may include categories such as:
- accommodation partners
- Airbnb hosts and property managers
- attractions and experience providers
- other visitor-facing or approved referral partners
BagBoyz® may classify or reclassify a partner type where needed for operational or tracking purposes.
4. Partner Code and Referral Setup
Once approved, BagBoyz® may issue a partner code, referral link, booking pathway or other referral identifier.
The referral setup issued by BagBoyz® is the official method used to track referrals.
Partners must use the approved referral method supplied by BagBoyz®.
BagBoyz® may update, replace, suspend or withdraw a partner code or referral method at any time.
A preferred code requested by an applicant is not guaranteed.
5. Referral Options
Approved partners may be offered one of the following referral options:
Full Partner Reward
The approved partner receives the full agreed partner reward for eligible completed referrals.
Split Reward
Part of the referral value may be used as a guest-facing discount or benefit, with the balance retained as the partner reward.
Custom by Approval
A custom referral arrangement may be considered where separately approved by BagBoyz®.
BagBoyz® decides which referral option applies to each partner.
BagBoyz® may review or change a partner’s referral option at any time.
6. Eligible Referrals
A referral is only eligible for a partner reward if all of the following apply:
- the booking is clearly attributable to the approved partner’s active referral method
- the booking is accepted by BagBoyz®
- the booking is completed
- the booking is fully paid
- the booking is not cancelled, refunded, reversed, fraudulent, duplicated, disputed, or otherwise disqualified
BagBoyz® records determine whether a referral is attributable and eligible.
If attribution is unclear, missing, duplicated, overwritten, misused or not properly applied, BagBoyz® may determine that no partner reward is payable.
7. Non-Eligible Referrals
A partner reward is not payable for:
- cancelled bookings
- refunded bookings
- partially refunded bookings, where BagBoyz® decides the reward should be reduced or not paid
- chargebacks or disputed transactions
- fraudulent or suspicious bookings
- duplicate referrals
- self-referrals, unless expressly approved by BagBoyz® in writing
- bookings not tracked to the approved partner method
- bookings that breach these rules
- bookings made after a partner has been paused or removed from the program, unless BagBoyz® confirms otherwise
8. Tracking and Attribution
BagBoyz® uses its own systems and records to track partner referrals.
This may include partner codes, booking forms, links, internal notes, confirmation records or other attribution methods determined by BagBoyz®.
BagBoyz®’s records are the final reference point for:
- whether a referral was tracked
- which partner, if any, is linked to the booking
- whether a booking was completed
- whether a partner reward is payable
- the amount payable
9. Payment Timing
Partner rewards are generally paid monthly for eligible completed referrals.
Payment timing may vary depending on:
- booking completion timing
- payment clearance
- refunds or disputes
- verification checks
- payout administration
BagBoyz® may withhold payment until it is satisfied that the referral is valid, completed and fully cleared.
10. Payment Conditions
Before any payout is made, BagBoyz® may require the partner to provide:
- correct business details
- correct contact details
- correct payout details
- ABN or other relevant business information
- any other information reasonably required for administration or compliance
If required information is missing, incorrect, incomplete or outdated, payout may be delayed until the issue is resolved.
BagBoyz® may offset, reduce, withhold or recover partner rewards where there has been:
- overpayment
- error
- refund
- reversal
- fraud
- misuse
- breach of these rules
11. No Upfront Fee
Approved partners can join the BagBoyz® partner program without an upfront joining fee unless BagBoyz® expressly states otherwise in writing.
12. Partner Responsibilities
Partners must:
- provide accurate business and contact information
- keep their details current
- use only approved referral methods
- describe the service honestly and accurately
- avoid misleading statements about BagBoyz®
- avoid creating guest expectations that conflict with BagBoyz®’s actual service, pricing, availability or terms
- act professionally and lawfully
- comply with all applicable laws, regulations and platform rules relevant to their business
Partners must not:
- misrepresent themselves as BagBoyz® staff or agents
- promise bookings, prices, time slots or service outcomes on BagBoyz®’s behalf unless expressly authorised
- use spam, deceptive promotion or misleading advertising
- misuse codes, links or referral methods
- interfere with other partner referrals
- use BagBoyz® branding in a misleading way
13. Service Control
BagBoyz® remains solely responsible for:
- deciding whether to accept a booking
- setting service terms
- setting pricing
- managing operations
- scheduling collections and returns
- determining service availability
- handling customer service and operational decisions
The partner program does not give a partner authority to control BagBoyz® operations.
14. Customer Relationship and Liability
Bookings referred through the program are bookings with BagBoyz®, not with the partner, unless expressly stated otherwise.
BagBoyz® is not responsible for statements, promises or representations made by a partner outside approved program materials.
Partners remain responsible for their own conduct, statements, promotions and business practices.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BagBoyz® is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from the partner program.
15. Marketing Materials and Brand Use
BagBoyz® may provide approved text, images, links or other materials for partner use.
Partners may only use BagBoyz® branding and partner materials in the form approved by BagBoyz®.
BagBoyz® may require a partner to change, stop or remove any use of BagBoyz® branding, wording or promotional material at any time.
All BagBoyz® intellectual property remains the property of BagBoyz®.
16. Program Changes
BagBoyz® may change, update, suspend or discontinue any part of the partner program at any time.
This includes changes to:
- partner categories
- referral methods
- reward structures
- eligibility rules
- operational requirements
- payment timing
- these program rules
Updated rules apply from the time they are published or otherwise communicated.
17. Suspension or Termination
BagBoyz® may suspend, restrict or terminate a partner’s participation at any time.
Reasons may include:
- breach of these rules
- misleading conduct
- operational issues
- poor referral quality
- fraud concerns
- inactivity
- reputational risk
any other reason BagBoyz® considers relevant
A partner may also stop participating at any time by notifying BagBoyz®.
Termination does not create a right to payment for referrals that are not yet eligible, tracked, validated and/or completed.
18. Privacy and Information Handling
Partners should only provide information that is reasonably necessary for partner setup and administration.
BagBoyz® may use partner information for application review, setup, administration, communication, tracking and payout purposes.
Partners should not submit unnecessary sensitive financial or personal information through general website forms unless specifically requested.
19. Interpretation
BagBoyz® may interpret and apply these rules in a practical and reasonable way consistent with the operation of the partner program.
Where there is any dispute about referral attribution, eligibility or payout, BagBoyz®’s records and decision will control unless required otherwise by law.
