Incredible service and great value - saviour for family travel! We were travelling with four kids and Chris and the BagBoyz team were incredible. They were professional, came to us to pick the bags up and met us at the airport. It was affordable and absolutely worth every cent - it meant we had a full extra day to explore rather than worry about how we navigated the day with our bags. Highly recommend.

Chris was amazing, He was early at our arrival into the port of melbourne and looked professional and was easy to spot thanks to the wrapped van and his uniform. We then messaged him if he could meet us at the airport over 2 hours early with our bags and he did. He was absolutely amazing and such a professional and kind man. Thank you so much

There was 5 of us visiting Melbourne last week including 2 people with disabilities. Even though it was Chris was slightly early to collect the bags which was fantastic as we were ready to go. Chris was also early to the airport to drop the bags to us which was fantastic as we were there waiting (and meant we had more time to stuff our faces before the flight). Great service! Chris was early and patient in waiting for me! He asked for relevant information in advance so that he could help me reach the airport and seamlessly collect my bags back from him. BOOK IT!! RIGHT NOW! I have traveled for 12 years & have never seen a service like this so I was a wee bit skeptical. Other reviews made us decide to move forward with Bag Boyz & what a treat!! He pulled up with our bags at the airport as we were getting out of our uber. What a great service!! 12/10!

The service provided was very professional and stress free. BagBoyz arrived early upon pickup and drop-off, pricing was extremely reasonable and saved a lot of headache. I'd be more than happy to use them again in the future.
