Fantastic Service highly yecommenf This is a fantastic service and Chris so helpful. Our 0630 flight was canceled at 2230 previous night. Texted Chris to advise and he was great and met us next day at our new arrival time. Stayed at an Airbnb in city so great to have bags looked after until we checked in at 1700. Also pick up smooth and on time. Our departure again not until 2000 so great to get rid of luggage, have it looked after and then dropped to us at airport. Such a great service…. Will be recommending to friends!

An easy experience from start to pick up! We booked the night before, Chris picked up our bags from St Kilda the next morning and then met us at the airport in the afternoon. Would definitely recommend BagBoyz to anyone looking for safe, reliable luggage storage in Melbourne.

If I could give this service 6 stars, I totally would! I know it feels too good to be true but it isn't. I would class myself as an annoying customer (bit late, slow to answer messages) and Chris was nothing short of fantastic over the course of our business. Our luggage was picked up and dropped off exactly as agreed and Chris even waited an extra 90 minutes into the night through our flight and transport delays from the airport. This is the best bag-hold service and I will definitely be using it again when I return to Melbourne

I organised our baggage collection last minute, calling at 10.45pm the night before and was pleasantly greeted by Chris who guided me through the website booking process. Chris came early the next morning and picked up all our luggage and delivered to the airport at the time we requested. I highly recommend BagBoyz for a great service and with a friendly smile too.
